2022

Founded in Kigali

THOUSAND HOMES was established in Kicukiro, Kigali by a team of graduate civil and structural engineers with a shared vision: deliver high-quality construction that respects communities and the environment.

2023

Expanding Our Scope

We grew beyond residential builds into commercial renovation and institutional projects, strengthening our reputation for on-time delivery, transparency, and sustainable building practices.

2024

Environmental Milestone

Completed two waste water treatment wetland projects — for Nyungwe National Park (African Parks) and RDF's Bweyeye Barracks — marking our commitment to sustainable infrastructure.

Building the Future

With over 12 delivered projects and ongoing builds across Kigali — including G+3 apartment blocks, design-build residences, and office renovations — we continue growing rooted in quality and trust.
